2023 brings the 87th Santa Claus Parade to Port Hope.

Santa is coming to town on Saturday November 25 at 1:00 p.m.. 

Find a spot along the parade route to watch the lively procession. All spectators are asked to please be respectful of others along the route and bring along layers, snacks and supplies to stay comfortable while you wait for the colourful procession.

This year’s parade will feature live music, floats and displays from many local businesses and community groups. Bring along a food item as the Fare Share Food Bank will be collecting non-perishable food items and the Rotary will be collecting parade donations.

The holiday season in Port Hope is a magical time of year!

Throughout the community, there are many of the traditional and annual events to mark the season. 

The Port Hope Candlelight Festival kicks off November 24 and Memorial Park will once again be decked out for the holidays with thousands of lights illuminating this downtown location.

Visit the Capitol Theatre to view the magnificently decorated trees before heading to explore our beautiful downtown for all your holiday shopping needs.
